About me
Nicole Didero serves rural communities on the Western Slope. Her role is to help create strong regional food and agricultural networks by working across the food supply chain (from producers to consumers). Her expertise is in community food systems, specialty crop production, and workforce development. She is based in Hotchkiss, CO at the Western Colorado Research Center-Rogers Mesa agricultural experiment station and serves 16 counties in collaboration with county-based Extension. Nicole speaks Spanish as a second language, and feels Spanish is the language of her heart.
