Dr. Christensen works with businesses and communities across the state to leverage food and agriculture as a driver for community and economic development. Beyond her impactful work, she and her husband are the proud owners of Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs, where they craft exceptional spirits using 100% Colorado-grown grains. As the Colorado co-lead for the Northwest and Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center, she brings passion and expertise to building resilient food systems and vibrant local economies.
